A friend called us up and invited us for brunch. We met at Altes Hackerbräuhaus, a family-owned brew house in downtown Munich, in a building built in 1829. The beer brand, Hackerbräu, is more than 300 years old.
Brunch in Munich isn’t eggs, pancakes, bacon, and roast potato. Instead, it’s a traditional Bavarian meal of Weisswurst, pretzels, and beer. Tasty! And the beer warmed us up enough so the sub-zero weather outside didn’t feel so sub-zero.

Sounds like you are having entirely to much fun. No matter how cold it is not sure I could get excited about the warm beer.

No, you’d normally have kraut later in the day with roast bratwurst. Weisswurst is before noon only.
