Our first stop on the road to Paris was Zürich. We stayed two nights so we could do a day trip to Lucerne.

Zürich is an international city, start to finish. In a restaurant you’ll hear at least four languages from the tables around you.

Lucerne is magical. Or, more plainly put, double cute! It’s the lake and those mountains that rise up into the stratosphere. And the old churches. And the sidewalk cafés, and just about everything else.
